The Department of Japanese Studies, established in 1998, aims to produce experts with correct and systematic understanding of Japan, and bases its studies on Japan's politics, economics, society, and culture. We produce talent that will contribute to the development of society and human culture as creative and flexible thinking international citizens. Graduates from this major have many options after graduation, such as Japanese instructor or plunging into companies and agencies related to Japan, using their language ability.
